Can you give us a bit of a background on your career and where it all started? I started my journey as a relationship coach and sex guru after realizing the significant gap in how people approach intimacy and personal connections. My passion for helping others find fulfillment in their love lives and my own experiences inspired me to dive into this field. Over the years, I’ve guided countless individuals and couples toward healthier, more satisfying relationships. It’s been a rewarding journey, and I’m grateful for every step.
Can you share your daily or weekly self-care rituals? Self-care is essential for maintaining balance, especially in my line of work. Daily, I prioritize meditation and journaling to center myself. I also make time for physical activity, whether yoga, a walk, or a workout session. I indulge in pampering weekly with a spa day or long bath with candles and soothing music. This helps me recharge and stay focused on my goals.
What’s your favorite travel destination, and why? My favorite travel destination has to be the Seychelles. The island’s serene beauty and rich culture make it a perfect place to unwind and connect with me. There’s something about Seychelle’s energy that feels incredibly grounding, and I find it a wonderful place to rejuvenate.
What are your favorite ways to unwind and relax while not working or traveling? When I’m not working or traveling, I love reading, practicing yoga, and spending time in nature. I’m also a big fan of cooking and experimenting with new recipes. I love throwing dinner parties and entertaining friends and family! These activities help me unwind and recharge, so I’m ready to give my best in everything I do.
If you could choose one word to describe yourself, what would it be? I am authentic. Everybody else is taken!! I believe in living life on my terms and embracing who I am, flaws and all. It’s about being true to myself and not letting anyone else’s expectations define me. I do love learning from others and receiving advice.
Could you share some of your top travel tips for your followers Absolutely! My top travel tip is always to stay curious and open-minded. Explore beyond the usual tourist spots, be bold, and connect with locals. Also, I am not a light packer at all, I like to be prepared for anything and any adventure that comes my way!! Spontaneity is fun!! And finally, always carry a portable charger you never know when you’ll need it.
What are your future goals and aspirations? I have a lot of exciting goals ahead! I’m currently working on expanding my brand with new books and workshops focused on relationship empowerment. I’m also exploring collaborations that align with my mission of helping people live boldly and love fully. In the long term, I want to continue growing my platform to reach more people worldwide.
What is the absolute worst thing a man can do to completely put you off? Disrespect and dishonesty are absolute deal-breakers for me. I believe in open, honest communication and mutual respect in any relationship. If a man lacks these qualities, it’s an immediate turn-off.
What does freedom of self-expression mean to you? Freedom of self-expression is about being true to yourself and embracing your unique identity without fear or shame. It’s about living authentically and not being afraid to stand out or go against the grain. For me, it’s essential to express my thoughts, feelings, and desires openly, gently and confidently. What’s one thing about yourself that your fans might be surprised to learn? One surprising thing about me is that I’m an introvert at heart. Despite my public persona and the nature of my work, I deeply value my alone time and use it to recharge and reflect.
What about those crazy DMs you must receive? Care to share a few funny stories regarding those? Oh, the DMs can be wild! I get everything from marriage proposals to requests for advice on the most personal topics. Someone once asked if I could help them “train” their partner let’s say that one gave me a good laugh! I appreciate the engagement, and it’s always interesting to see what people will come up with.
Can you share any exciting upcoming projects or collaborations you’re involved in? I’m thrilled about several projects in the pipeline, including a new book that delves into the complexities of modern relationships. I’m also collaborating with fantastic brands on campaigns aligning with my empowerment mission. Stay tuned there’s a lot more to come.
