Any exciting projects lined up this year? Thank you very much. I am so thrilled to be in FHM USA.Yes! I have Miami Swim Week coming up in April and May. I also have a few exciting photoshoots coming up later in the Spring and in the Fall.

What does confidence mean to you personally? To me, confidence isn’t loud. It’s quiet, grounded, and embodied. Confidence is self-trust- knowing who you are, honoring your values, and standing by your choices even when no one is cheering you on. Confidence is being comfortable in your own skin.

What has been the most defining moment in your journey so far? Shooting for Playboy Denmark has definitely been one of many defining moments for me. I chose to evolve publicly. I made a decision to bet on myself.

What’s a lesson you’ve learned that changed the way you see yourself? One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned about myself is that how I see myself determines how I move through the world. I now know that I am allowed to take up space without explanation! The lesson wasn’t about becoming more-it was about seeing myself more clearly.

What’s one lifestyle change you made this year that has completely changed you? One lifestyle change that has completely changed me this past year is choosing intention over urgency. I stopped rushing. My training became more purposeful. My work became more aligned. My relationship with my significant other deepened.

What does being featured in a magazine in 2026 represent for you at this stage in your journey? Being featured in FHM at this stage in my life is proof that reinvention has no timeline! It shows me that strength, femininity, motherhood, and ambition can coexist beautifully! I am quite honored, and my journey is not over..Keep watching.

How has your definition of success evolved as the industry continues to change? Success used to feel like I needed to be chosen. Now, success means I choose myself. I have both creative and financial control over my work. I am building a brand based on who I actually am, not who I am expected to be. I want to continue to impact lives and outlast trends.

How do you stay authentic while navigating an increasingly digital and fast-moving world? I stay true to myself. If it doesn’t feel true to my values, my body, or my season of life- it’s a hard no for me. That steadiness that I can depend on cuts out all the noise.

What’s one lesson from your journey that you wish you’d learned earlier? One lesson I wish I had learned earlier is that not everyone is meant to go with you to the next version of your life- that’s ok! Still, lessons arrive when you’re ready to receive it.

Your ideal first date is: My ideal first date is having a nice dinner. It is being able to talk
and laugh. It’s about being in the moment. I always look for effort
over extravagance. I am pretty down-to-earth.

Guilty pleasure: My guilty pleasure is doing absolutely nothing without apologizing for it. I am currently watching Landman and loving it.

What makes you the ultimate partner to have? My heart. My unconditional love. My internal care. My belief in others.

What’s on your travel bucket list? I want to travel to Spain, Portugal, Fiji, and back to Hawaii. I love beaches.

When people look back at this moment in your career, what do you hope it represents about who you are? I hope that people can see that at this point in my life, I was honest, grounded, and self-owned. That would mean the world to me.

What’s one goal you didn’t hit last year that you’re determined to achieve this time? One goal I didn’t hit last year was building my online personal training and life coaching website.

What new doors or opportunities are you hoping to explore in your career? I am hoping to bridge the gap in the healthcare system between health and wellness. I want to continue to bring more awareness to Women’s issues, especially menopause. Possibly starting another business…anything can happen at any time.

What advice would you give to someone learning to step into their confidence? Start by keeping the promises you make to yourself. Confidence doesn’t come from words or approval- it’s built through self-trust. Protect your boundaries. Focus on consistency. Stay true to who you are! Remember, confidence is a practice- not a personality trait.
