What inspired you to step into the world of modeling and entertainment? As a Gemini, I’ve always been naturally creative and drawn to self-expression. I love producing eye-catching content and paying close attention to the finer details. I’m artistic, and the world of entertainment, especially the glitz and glamour, has always felt like home to me.
How has your journey in the industry shaped your personal growth? I’d say my journey in the industry has really shaped my personal growth by allowing me to meet so many different creatives and people from all walks of life. It’s given me a deeper understanding of different cultures, and travelling the world has definitely broadened my perspective and helped shape who I am today.
What’s one moment in your career that felt like a true turning point? One major turning point in my career was shooting for Playboy and living at the Playboy Mansion. My experience there was nothing like the stories from the early ’90s, which I have read about; luckily, it was actually very professional and felt truly iconic. Meeting Hugh Hefner and the other girls, and being part of that world, was unforgettable. Coming from a small town in Buckinghamshire, it was such a surreal and incredible experience that really elevated my career.
How do you handle the pressure of being in the public eye? I don’t really pay much attention to the pressure of being in the public eye. I’m actually quite introverted, so I like to surround myself with positive energy, close friends, and family. I’ve never been a party person. I’ll attend events, take a few pictures, and head out. I much prefer travelling, wellness, and spending quality time with the people who matter most.
What’s a common misconception people have about you? A common misconception about me is that I’m a loud, wild party girl, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. I’m actually quite introverted and reserved. I enjoy calm environments and meaningful conversations over loud parties any day.
Is there a project or shoot you’re especially proud of and why? Yes, I’m especially proud of my time in Los Angeles shooting for Playboy and working with so many incredible creatives. It was such a surreal experience that pushed me creatively and opened so many doors in the industry.
How would you describe yourself in three words? Loyal, effectionate, fun.
What does confidence mean to you, and how do you build it daily? To me, confidence means being truly happy within myself and not letting other people’s opinions affect how I see or value myself.
What’s your favorite way to relax or unwind after a busy week? My favorite way to unwind is a mix of watching Netflix or Amazon, spa days, self-care, and wellness treatments. I also love doing yoga and working out it helps me reset both mentally and physically.
Who or what motivates you to keep pushing forward? I’m motivated by the desire to be the best version of myself, for myself. Life is too short, so I want to live it fully with no regrets.
How do you stay grounded while navigating such a fast-paced industry?Wellness is a big part of my life, and it really helps keep me grounded. I regularly do cryotherapy, saunas, spa days, meditation, yoga, and workouts. I also try to avoid stress wherever I can and focus on maintaining balance in both my mind and body.
What’s a lesson you’ve learned that changed the way you approach life? I’d say one of the biggest lessons I’ve learned came from living in different countries and travelling the world. It opened my eyes to how other cultures live and really taught me to be more understanding, open-minded, and appreciative of different perspectives.
What advice would you give to young women entering the modeling world today? I’d say to be cautious and always look over contracts with a fine-tooth comb. I’ve been lucky that my sister and I didn’t experience any bad situations while living in Hollywood, but as we’ve all seen, it’s very easy to be taken advantage of in this industry. So always do your research, know your worth, and protect yourself. And most importantly, don’t give up.
If you weren’t in the entertainment world, what career would you love to explore? If I weren’t in the entertainment world, I’d probably work with children, maybe as a social worker or therapist. I think I’m a good listener, very affectionate, and non-judgmental. People often find it easy to open up to me, and I genuinely love being there for others.
