My name is CARA and I am now trademarked as CARA but I previously used my full name Cara Quici. Some of my passions are cannabis production, animal rescue and making and writing music. Huge thank you to FHM for this honor, support and cover!

Such an absolute honor to have you on FHM! How are you feeling about this year? 2022 is a pivotal and transformational year for me! 222 is also one of my most favorite numbers. This is definitely my year!

What are you most looking forward to this year?  I am in the middle of building out my production facility for my licensed cannabis brand, CARA KUSH. I am also writing my album to coincide with my cannabis brand release titled, KUSH KRONICLES, about my personal journey to cannabis legalization from childhood. The first single off the album is also the name of my brand, CARA KUSH. I’ve already been performing it around Southern California, including Kush Stock Festival and people of all ages and types are loving it! I’ve only gotten positive feedback so I’m very proud. I wrote CARA KUSH myself about my life and it was produced out of Produce Sound Studios in my hometown of Corpus Christi, ran by Latin Grammy-nominated Producer, Artist and DJ, El Dusty, who happens to be a family friend, so it was natural to get together to work with an OG on my OG album. My track CARA KUSH features Gangsta Boo from Three 6 Mafia, an artist I grew up listening to so it’s a dream come true! She was my Gangsta Fairy God Mother and now she’s on my record! Recently we linked up at my album release party and performance after chatting for a couple months, and from there magic occurred.

Top 3 best moments of your career so far? Performing on “Watch What Happens Live” on Bravo TV hosted by Andy Cohen, all while getting through it live on-air with a technical issue occurring, but nobody knew. I was also his guest bartender for that episode which was cool and Jimmy Fallon called the show asking about me, it was hilarious! Another top moment was Rick Rubin approving the sample in my Beastie Boys remake of “Fight For Your Right to Party”, titled FIGHT, which made it to TOP 40 Radio. The last two moments that stick out are working with Gangsta Boo and now to the 4th, the cover of my most favorite magazine, FHM!

What was on your resolution list this year? Learning more about how to use my iPhone, its apps and my music studio equipment which is all foreign to me. I grew up around it, but nobody ever taught me how to use it! I also have a resolution to steer clear of any toxic, draining or needless energy. My eyes are open!

When it comes to goals and ambition, what are some of the things that keep you focused on getting there, what is the driving force behind it all? My main goal is to help the world through health and healing. When times are tough or stressful, I always remember my, WHY. Cannabis heals. Music heals. Plus, I always work hard for my rescue dogs East and Hazel, who I personally rescued!

What are some of your favorite outdoor activities? Dog walks, anything I can do with my dogs, Tennis, jogging, yachts.

3 ultimate deal-breakers when it comes to men? bad work ethic, bad hygiene, bad manners.

Never have I ever… Joined the mile-high club. Definitely on my list of things to accomplish and check off my list, haha!

Top 3 myth busters when it comes to models? We eat, have brains and hold many titles and careers.

What is the best way to approach you as an admirer? Spoil me, wine me, dine me. I work very hard and have many responsibilities so that’s what I need.

Where can our readers catch up with you and stay updated with your work? On my website, officialcara.com is where all my social media is linked and my new YouTube Channel can be found, as well as my Instagram @theofficial_cara.

We are so happy to have gotten to know you a little bit! Any last words out there for our readers? Fans can visit me at my musical nightclub dinner party, La Crème Mondays at Paris Tokyo in Beverly Hills. A different music artist performs every Monday night, with an eclectic mix of DJs, sushi boats and bottles! I’ll even sign copies of my FHM cover. The weekly party began organically from my Paris Tokyo album release party for CARA “Day in My Life” executive produced by Darwin Damian of Darwin World Media, who co-founded La Crème Mondays with me. It’s now the hottest music party in Beverly Hills. Also, please adopt or rescue a dog, don’t litter and donate to Ukraine!
