What does being on the cover of FHM Mexico mean to you? Being on the cover of FHM Mexico is such a special and meaningful moment for me. As a proud Hispanic woman, it’s an honor to represent my culture and show that we can shine on a global stage. This cover isn’t just about the photos or recognition it’s a celebration of the journey I’ve been on, the challenges I’ve overcome, and the passion I put into my career every day. I hope it inspires other Puerto Rican and Hispanic women to embrace their confidence, chase their dreams, and know that anything is possible.

Tell us about your photo shoot for your cover. My cover shoot for FHM Mexico was truly a dream come true. It was especially meaningful to work with one of my all-time favorite photographers, Arthur St. John, someone I’ve worked with for years and deeply admire. We actually shot a few years ago together for FHM. This shoot was a 360 moment.  This cover shoot was shot in downtown Los Angeles at a breathtaking location that offered an incredible variety of backdrops from sweeping city views to lush, jungle-inspired scenery and stunning poolside settings. Every space brought a different energy, and together we were able to create something truly special for the magazine. It was an unforgettable experience and a highlight in my career.

You have such an exotic look. Tell us about your ethnicity? I’m proudly a blend of two cultures. I’m half Puerto Rican and half Greek. My father is from Puerto Rico, and my mother is Greek, so I grew up embracing the traditions and beauty of both backgrounds. I truly love having such a rich cultural mix.

Can you give us a bit of background on your career and where it all started? My journey has really been about growth, purpose, and using every chapter of my life with intention. I began my career as an international model and was fortunate to grace the covers of over 19 national and international magazines, including Maxim, Vogue Mexico, GQ, and now FHM. I was a spokesmodel for Monster Energy for years traveling and being one the faces for their international brand. I’ve also worked in television and film, winning ABC’s The Big Time, hosting for tv, and appearing in major commercial campaigns, including a Super Bowl spot.

While modeling opened many doors, education and wellness have always been important to me. I graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Nutrition and Exercise Science, which deepened my lifelong passion for health, wellness, and holistic medicine. I truly believe in the power of plants, natural healing, and taking a whole-body approach to health. That belief shapes not only how I live my own life, but how I aim to help and empower others to feel their best from the inside out.

Philanthropy and community are also at the heart of everything I do. I’m proud to be one of the founders of the National Football Wives Association, where I also serve as the Development and Partnerships Chair. Our mission is rooted in creating true sisterhood, building safe, supportive spaces for women to connect, be seen, and feel understood. Through our work, we’re breaking barriers, changing narratives, and reminding women that they don’t have to navigate life’s challenges and transitions alone.

At my core, I’m a mother to two beautiful girls, a wife, an entrepreneur, and someone who believes deeply in using her platform for good. Whether it’s through health advocacy, philanthropy, or social media, my goal is always to inspire, uplift, and remind others that healing, growth, and impact are possible – sometimes starting with the smallest intentional choices.

If you could choose one word to describe yourself, what would it be and why? Resilient, Because everything I’ve built in my career, my family, my health journey, and my philanthropic work has required adaptability and strength. It’s about growing through every season of life. Resilience allows me to evolve, stay grounded in my purpose, and continue showing up for others with intention, compassion, and impact.

Do you have any hidden talents, if so what is it? Yes, I do. I can hear just a few seconds of a beat or intro (without words) and immediately recognize the song. It’s something my friends always test me on, and I’m almost always right. It’s a fun little talent, but it definitely keeps things interesting

If you could eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be and why? Yes, it would definitely be fruit, any kind of fruit. It’s fresh, energizing, and there’s so much variety, so it would never get boring.

Who has been your biggest inspiration in your personal life? My biggest inspiration and role model is my dad. He taught me early on that if you want anything in life, you have to work for it, stay disciplined, and never take shortcuts. Just as importantly, he instilled in me the values of selflessness, compassion, and giving back. Watching the way he treats others, especially those in need, shaped who I am today.  His impact  continues to guide how I show up in my career, my family life, and the way I give back to the community.

What are your future goals and aspirations? My future goals include traveling more and creating unforgettable memories with my family and close friends. I aim to continue growing the National Football Wives Association into one of the leading organizations. I also plan to expand my modeling career and personal brand beyond anything I’ve imagined, all while using my platform to inspire and help others along the way.

What is the best place you have traveled to, and what made it stand out for you? My favorite place I’ve ever traveled to has to be Bali, hands down.  Wow, what a dream! The beaches are breathtaking, the jungles are wild, the food is insanely good, and the culture is so vibrant it’s impossible not to fall in love. From exploring hidden jungle waterfalls to soaking up the sun on the perfect beaches, every moment was unforgettable. I can’t wait to go back and do it all over one day.

What advice would you give to all the women out there when it comes to love and relationships?  Have fun, trust your gut, and never be afraid to put yourself FIRST.  Love should feel like laughter, adventure, and a little bit of magic.  Keep your standards high, your wine glass full, and always remember that the right person will add to your sparkle, so you shine even brighter.

Are you romantic? Describe your perfect date. Yes, I am romantic.  My perfect date would be something fun and relaxed, where we both laugh nonstop.  I love a good sense of humor. The night would begin with a sunset walk on the beach followed by some delicious vegan food, and ending the night listening to live music at a lounge.  Great conversations, a little adventure, and lots of laughs.  A date that feels effortless and unforgettable.

Can you share some upcoming projects that the fans can look out for? I’m so excited to be planning our Huddle Tours with the National Football Wives Association for the 2026–2027 season, so look out for that.  On top of that, I have some amazing magazine shoots lined up for 2026 and a few incredible new projects in the works that I can’t wait to share very soon. Big things are coming!
