Sarah, you’ve graced the covers of FHM a decent amount of times. But behind the name—who is Sarah P. Antonella? I’m a daughter of the King first- I’m also a woman who chose to turn every heartbreak, every challenge, into a brand. I’m soft, sacred, and CEO-coded. I built my empire with faith, femininity, and unapologetic glow.
You talk a lot about transformation. What inspired your upcoming Playbook? It started as a private journal-a place to track what was actually working for me. Not just skincare or workouts, but boundaries, mindset, magnetism. Soon it became a system, and now it’s being built as a full Playbook. I’m pouring everything into it so other women can feel as powerful and pursued as they deserve.
Do you think your energy changes the way men show up in love? Absolutely. A man either elevates or exits when faced with a woman in her divine softness. I don’t chase, I align. And when I do, something shifts in him-he starts showing up differently. Protecting more. Pursuing deeper. Wanting to claim you without you ever needing to ask. That’s the energy I’ve embodied, and it’s the kind of love I’m building.
What does “soft power” mean to you in a world that’s always shouting? Soft power is when people change their behavior in your presence without you ever raising your voice. Its presence is overpressure. I’m building my brand and life around that principle-because true influence is always felt, not forced.
You’re faith-based and femininity-led. How do you blend that into your relationships and brand? Faith is my foundation-it guides everything. My brand mirrors that: it’s soft, sacred, and intentional. You can be radiant and rooted.
You’ve been described as having “that energy you can’t quite explain.” What is it that makes your presence linger like that? It’s a mystery. Its softness. It’s alignment. I don’t overexplain or overgive-I just am. When a woman is deeply rooted in herself, her silence says more than her words. That kind of presence leaves people wondering, “What is it about her?” even long after you’ve left the room. I move with intention. And that’s what makes it unforgettable.
Your page feels like a sanctuary-calm, glowing, feminine. What do you hope women feel when they come across your content? Safe. Seen. Soft again. I share pieces of the rituals that helped me come back to myself-whether it’s red light therapy, glow routines, or quiet faith moments. It’s not about being perfect. It’s about returning to the kind of woman who moves with peace and power. The kind that doesn’t need to chase because everything meant for her comes closer.
You’re developing both digital and physical products. What’s coming next? I can’t share everything yet-but what’s coming includes a full Soft Power 11+ Playbook, items I’ve created with care, and sacred ritual kits for both her and him. Everything I’m creating is built for transformation that starts at home… but gets noticed everywhere else.
You’ve said, “You don’t just date-you inspire elevation.” What do you mean by that? When you walk in alignment-glowing, grounded, soft but not available to chaos-you naturally shift the dynamic.
Last one, what would you say to the woman reading this who’s ready for her own elevation era? Start with one ritual. One soft boundary. One moment of choosing glow over fear. Your next level isn’t a mystery-it’s a series of sacred choices.
What’s one thing about you that would surprise people-even your man? I’m a total goofball when the camera’s off. I have a soft spot for cartoons, I’ll sing the same two lines of a song on repeat, and I do mini skincare dances when I’m layering my serums. I think softness is sexier when it’s playful.
Describe your dream day off-no cameras, no deadlines. Waking up slow with an ocean-view, matcha in hand, love songs in the background. A deep massage, sushi by the pool, and a sunset walk with someone who makes me laugh until my stomach hurts. Simple, soft, sacred.
