What are three things you can’t live without? Green tea, Marvel movies and lingerie.

What attracts you to a man? I’m pretty studious. I like good communication and meaningful conversation. But at the same time, I have a really girly, feminine side underneath it all waiting to be unleashed. I like nice gestures that leave me swooning like the heart-eye emoji.

Turn-ons… Brains, a good heart, and muscle is a winning combination.

Turnoffs… Bad hygiene, dishonesty, laziness, and arrogance.

How do you stay in such great shape? I would credit my vegan diet and occasional intermittent fasting for staying in shape. Like a lot of people, I sometimes eat way too much or eat the wrong things. I just try not to let it happen for too many days in a row.

Any advice for anyone wanting to build their social media? On Instagram, instead of stressing so much about the ever-changing algorithm, just use the platform as intended and you’ll always win. Be active and engaging! People will find you and remember you that way. On both Facebook and Instagram, I do a lot of cross-promotion.

Besides being a successful model, you’re well-known as an animal activist as well… what’s your favorite animal and why?! Close call. Cats, for one. I have my fur baby and bestie, Onyx, who is a beautiful long-haired Maine coon-like tortoiseshell. I think they’re the most beautiful creatures on the planet. Their lil faces and expressions make me melt. And pigs, for the other. I think they’re generally misunderstood. They’re actually scientifically proven to be more intelligent than dogs, mamas sing to their babies, they’re naturally clean and social, like to sleep nose to nose with their friends, and they love belly rubs!

Since you’ve walked for celebrity designers and produced fashion shows too, let’s talk fashion. What are some of your favorite men’s fashion looks? It depends on where you’re going. But for everyday looks, I prefer a suave look that’s like “I just threw this on and it happens to look stylish without even trying”. People have their own personal style though, so I’m not one to judge. I can appreciate different looks. Also, something might look good on one guy and not another.

When you were a child, what did you want to be when you grew up? I guess I had a girly side and a serious side from the beginning. I used to want to be one of the Price is Right girls, walk for celebrity designers like on Fashion Television, and a go-go dancer like on Electric Circus (some old hit Canadian shows). But at the same time, I wanted to learn how life on Earth works like David Suzuki. I feel like I’ve gotten to do things like all of this, thankfully!

You’ve been featured internationally by some of largest tabloids, business publications, news networks, and classy men’s magazines (like FHM of course). What’s next for you? I’d like to land some major fashion magazine publications to talk about ethical fashion.

Favorite winter hobbies? Soaking in natural hot springs.

Favorite holiday movie? Any holiday romantic comedy.

Favorite holiday food? Borscht. It’s an Eastern European soup.
